The Oaks at Cypress Cove, Senior Living

The latest expansion project by Cypress Cove Life Plan Community is a 12 acre, gated luxury home development called The Oaks at Cypress Cove. The community consists of 24 spacious lakeside villas and 24 senior apartments with spectacular corner-unit lakeside views. The community features an abundance of amenities including a new state-of-the-art clubhouse, plus built-in smart-home technology in every unit.

Qypsys was proud to partner with The Oaks at Cypress Cove and Chris-Tel Construction on this project. “Cypress Cove is raising the bar for continuing care retirement communities in terms of the size of the units, the look of the campus, the technology being integrated, and the abundance of amenities being offered,” said Howard Wheeler II, president of Chris-Tel Construction.

The Oaks at Cypress Cove were built with technology in mind. To best support the built-in smart home technology integrated into every unit, the community engaged Qypsys to design and implement a fiber-to-the-unit network. It’s designed to provide uninterrupted connectivity, with higher internet speeds, greater bandwidth, plus safer and more secure transmissions. It makes it possible for residents to stream, play, communicate and utilize all of the smart technology – all at once. It practically eliminates lag time, making for a much better user experience. And it ensures the community can really enjoy reliable connectivity and all the modern amenities The Oaks at Cypress Cove has to offer.
